True Rotery. Well built. Easy to use. Great option for us who can't justify $300 for something to hold a hook while you tye stuff to it. Screw system to hold hook is fully adjustable to amount of pressure needed to hold hook. Sometimes found used at a great price.

Screw tightening to hold hook slightly awkward at first.
