Pros
I chose the Simms "Rivertek" over the G3's due to fact that I don't think I could have stayed in the "G's". The "Rivertek's " 3 layer is plenty of protection from the cold waters of North Georgia. The Immersion A fabric is bullet proof. Simms has always made a well tailored wader . The length seems to run a bit short-I am 5'11" and take a "king" for length to avoid a wader wedgie. The belt in wading belt is awesome. Built-in gravel guards are bonus.
Cons
My only beef with the "Rivertek" are the detachable straps that too boney. Currently Simms does not sell a replacement strap. Put the same beefy shoulder strap on these as the G3'S and you have a homerun.

Love them! Tyhe belt is excellect. Comfort is great. I really like the waist high wader, but still having the option to convert to chest high occasionally. That matches my fishing style and home waters perfectly!
