Pros
It's small and has a stretchy outer pouch! It opens fairly wide to allow for easy access to the fly holder. The zinger works.
Cons
It's small...really small. Unless you were to take out the "fly port", which seems to be the only useable feature (and who actually keeps their flies on that thing), this "pocket vest" has absolutely no capacity to hold anything. I'm not sure what you could even attach to the zinger because it wouldn't fit inside the pack. Honestly, a pair of clippers attached to the zinger probably wouldn't fit. The best place to put this thing, other than the trash, is on your wading belt and that might be the worst spot to have anything while your fishing. I'm really not sure how anyone could find practicality in this pack.
Luckily, I acquired this pack in a combo deal on Ebay along with a W&J Gear Chest Pack that I love, so all was not lost.
Save your $19 for beer. At least you'll get a couple good uses out of that.
