Pros
I have had my vise for about 4 years and haven't had any problems with it. The adjustment screw has never given me any problems.

Cons
If there is a con to this vise it would be that when I went to tying Salmon Flies sometimes the larger hooks will slip some. But for hooks between 20 and 8/0 I didn't have any problems.

Pros
I have been using this vise for about 6 months. I like the screw system rather than the cam. Just feel the screw has more positive tightening of hook. Nice vise. Have been tying salt flies and size of hook is not a problem

Cons
Unless you adjust properly (front scre) large hooks will have a tendency to slide. But, I am pulling pretty hard to make it do so. Smaller flies not a problem.

Pros
I purchased my Odyssey vice the first or second year they were on the market and have used it for tying all of my flies size (20-4/0) I remember when the company brought out the cam type jaw as an add on,this year I added it on and it made my vice even better.

Pros
I recieved this vise for Christmas, what a treat it's been to tie flies a quality vise, especially since for the last 23years it's been a stationary "sunrise vise"

Pros
Price is good as this is a budget vice.

Cons
I bought this vice and after a few weeks took it back at it was always getting loose.Too much time spent on adjusting it.
I got a full exchange on a Peak Vice which I have been very happy with as it is much
sturdier and Hooks of different sizes are accomodated much faster. Less of a fiddle than the Griffin.
