Pros
Great vise and have had the same one for 15+ years. Same jaws and in great shape. Same o-ring as well
Holds 26 to 3/0 hooks no problem if you learn how to secure the jaws properly.

Very smooth operation.

Cons
Wish the stem was a bit longer/taller but an extension can be purchased.

Pros
Top notch vise. Excellent hook holding and the rotary feature is a dream to use. Been using mine 15+ years and the jaws are as smooth as the day I bought it.
I see more expensive vises on the market but I can not believe you could buy a better designed or better working vise. I give this vice the caddis16 seal of approval!

Cons
The vise is a little low, although you can buy a taller stem.

Pros
Have been using the Traveler (clamp type) for about nine years. Started out with a Herter's #9, then a Thompson Pro and went from that to the Renzetti. It does everything I want it to do and does it well.

Cons
My vise does not have the cam jaws. If I were going to make a change, I would just buy the newer jaws for the Renzetti.

Pros
Pretty good little vise. Has always held medium to small hooks solidly. Plus I got mine for a steal (74.95 new).

Cons
As others have said, the stem is rather short and the base (I have the older style) is a bit light and small too, but it is functional.

Pros
This vise is a pleasure to tye on. The rotation is smooth, accurate and easy to adjust. The hook level is also easy to work with. In the two years I've had it, I have done nothing to it but tye on it. The durrability seems to be fantastic! I would recomend this vise to any one!

Cons
Takes a little messing around to get you hook tension just right and if you don't make sure your hook is seated properly before locking down the cam version the hook some times pops out(which is a little hard on the jaws).

Pros
For a nymph fisherman this will do it all, and do it well.

Cons
NO complaints
